Anthony and his crew created an amazing food menu and experience in under 48 hours prior to our event. The food was delicious, joyful, and inspired.

 

The curated options were endless, and everyone left feeling full in both food and hospitality.

 

I thank him and his team for making our event an evening to remember. We'll be working with them again!

Anthony has a great presentation, and is always over prepared for whatever occasion.

 

I have gone to him as a caterer for over 15 years. He has a culinary gift from God and shares it with the Church, where he is an active member.

Anthony Chevalier is not only a great individual but he’s also a great chef. The first time I met Anthony he cooked some great food for us during a live show on KHOU11 previewing the Houston Texans season.

The next time I spent time with Anthony we were doing live reports on KHOU11 previewing a UH football game. Again, he had a great spread of food for everyone and he had his students by his side.

The last time I hosted my charity golf event before the pandemic we lost our catering service pretty late in the game. I called Anthony and he came through with a great meal for 250 Golfers, plus volunteers.

Like I said before, Anthony is a great person and a great chef. I’m proud to call him my friend.
